Hello! So glad you're here. Let me start by introducing myself and the practice. For those who don't yet know me, my name is Karla. I am the Director of Integrating the Self - Mental Health & Wellness; a psychotherapy group practice made up of a team of Creative Arts Therapists. This blog is a place where we can connect, share, learn, and experience with you! Our team members will all contribute, and from time to time, we'll have some guest bloggers as well.



As Creative Arts Therapists, we are passionate about the work we do. Mental Health, Wellness, Reiki, Energy Psychology, Yoga, Workshops, and Trainings are some of the aspects we provide.

You can expect to see some posts about major issues like anxiety and grief, as well as some innovative and creative ways to navigate challenges.
